Drawings submitted to the Building Division for review shall provide the following information to insure compliance with Section 11B-603 and 604 of 2013 CBC: - An accessible entrance - An accessible route to the altered area - Accessible restrooms - Accessible telephone (if any) - Accessible drinking fountains, and - Parking, signage and alarmsPriority shall be given to those elements that will provide the greatest access in the above order.Additional plan check comments may apply.
