Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. Please call (714) 647-5830 for an appointment.The drawings/information submitted for Building Safety Division review is incomplete. The applicant shall, prior to resubmitting, complete all construction documents to show compliance with the 2013 California Building Standards Code with local amendments.CBC Sections A106.1 and A106.3.4.1, All drawings and supporting documents shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a California licensed architect or registered civil engineer.All persons preparing plans, specifications, and instruments of service for others shall sign those plans, specifications and other instruments of service for others shall sign those plans, specifications and other instruments of service and all contracts therefore. This requirement applies to both exempt and non-exempt projects. should be submitted to expedite the process.

- Screen Wall for Proposed EquipmentPlan Check CommentsEngineer On Record shall stamp and sign all structural drawings.Detail 4 on sheet 1: Specify clearance between bottom of wood post and exposed earth. Posts that are exposed to the weather supported by concrete piers or metal pedestals projected at least one inch above the slab or deck and 6 inches above earth, and are separated therefrom by an impervious moisture barrier.
