Call 647-5800 for information.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)
- Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceOccupant load of space 650 is more than 49, two exits are required and they should to be separated by 1/3 of the area served. Currently the exit separation is not adequate.
Show on plan all doors separating the elevator lobby from the corridor.
What is item 27 on sheet 1 means, the building is already sprinklered.
What is the square footage and occupant load of suite 640 please document on plans.
Dimension the corridor in front of the new door at sweet 640.Please note a door in any position cannot obstruct more than 50% of the requires exit width. Provide occupant load calculation to determine the required exit width of the corridor; otherwise, the door cannot obstruct more than 50% of the current corridor width.
Please note a kick plate need to be provided at the bottom of the glass door.
