The proposed revision is altering the conventional tie system for the roof framing elements. Provide a completeroof framing plans and full height cross sections through the building showing extend and supports forrafters, ridges, hips andvalleys.
When the ceiling tie of each ridge board, hip, and valley member that are being altered and does not meet conventional design, roof elements must be redesigned to comply with CRC and or CBC code and provide construction details for their supports.
Provide structural calculations and drawings prepared by a California Licensed Architect or Registered Civil Engineer for all structural work to be performed under the subject building permit application.
See red marks on the plan. Resubmit the marked up set with revised plans for recheck.
