Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840). - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039). - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance. Provide information on plans about the poles, section and structural properties. Basic wind speed used in analysis is wrong it is 110 mph. Clarify the exposure used and justify. What about the footing. Please note the wind load at such a height will have the most impact on the footing. Please clarify on plans and calcs the light pole layout. I. e. does it have the lighting right at the top on aboard, or is there a cantilevered arm that supports the light.
