Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039) - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuancePlease note the accessible toilet as shown do not comply with the 2013 code because the door to the compartment need to be on the wall farther away from the toilet fixture. However, it does comply with the previous code cycle. The 2013 allows existing accessible features to remain as complying if they are built in accordance with one code cycle behind. This means, any Tenant improvements after January would require the bathrooms to be upgraded.I have stamped and approved the plans and left them at the front counter.
