Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714) 573-6100) - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)- Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance In the description it is specified that a card reader with fail safe to be installed. Which of the doors has a card reader? There is also a note that said all doors to be openable from the inside without the use of a key or any special knowledge or effort. Are these doors with the card reader not openable from the inside? Bathrooms on sheet A-00.52, it is shown for reference, what does that means is it a part of this project or not? It appears there are some construction notes. Bathroom in the lobby, dimension the strike edge clearance, and provide all the dimension required for a bathroom. i.e. distance from the back wall, if the toilet is wall mounted or floor mounted, distance in front of the toilet etc. Provide a wall legend, showing what is existing and what is new. Provide on the detail the dimension from the floor to the floor above; basically the height of the wall. In the filling room, specify the occupancy group. In addition, clarify if there is a basement underneath the filling area. Are there going to be racks in tat area? The floor need to be justifies carrying the entire applied storage load. This justification need to be done bya licensed engineer or architect. The second exit from the office space cannot go through locker room to get to the exit. The distance from the back of the wall to the door is shown as 54” min for the toilet in the lobby area. The required dimension is shown correctly on the accessible details which is 56” please correct. Provide a strike edge clearance in the door leading to the copy room. In addition, provide the proper maneuvering clearance. Please note this tenant improvement need to comply with the green building code. Please provide all proper notations on plans. This project needs to be submitted to the fire department.
