- Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840)
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)
- Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance
Show location of all bathrooms serving the area of remodel, all accessible parking and the path of travel from the accessible parking to the area of remodel.
Provide a detail to show the size kind and thickness of the bracket that braces the rack to the wall. Also, provide a detail of the connection of the bracket to the wall and to the rack. Make sure to specify the type of material the wall is made off.
