Specify the number of stories and height of building on plans.
Dimension distance from face of building to property line.
Dimension distance from face of screen to face of building, and dimension the height of the existing parapet.
It appears the existing purlins are way undersized, please check capacity of existing Glu-lam beam to support the Ac unit as shown on plans.
