The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance: -Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. -Public Works Agency approval (647-5039). -Proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance. Provide energy calcs to show compliance with title 24. Provide foundation or show adequacy of existing footing to support applied load at the end of beam FB2. Provide adequate shear walls at the new area affected by the addition including the new patio cover. Window 2 does not appear to meet the height criteria for emergency escape. Provide a legend for the smoke alarms and the Carbon monoxide detectors. Add a note to indicate they are interconnected and are hard wired. All toilet and shower need to comply with the low flush requirements see certification attached.
