CITY OF SANTA ANA AMENDMENTSResubmit 2corrected sets of plans.Meetings between the project applicant/designer and the plan reviewer shall be by appointment only. Please call (714) 647-5862 for an appointment.All drawings and supporting documents shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a California licensed architect or registered civil engineer.For the resubmittal package, please include all the structural details and notes that are require for this permit. Per structural calculation there seems to be a need to do: Base plate reinforcement and add Base plate stiffeners. See pages: S-1, S-2, S-3, and S-4 of calculation. Please include this information as part of these drawings and resubmit them for recheck.This review does not include electrical work. Separate plan, application, fee, plan check, and permit is required for electrical work. Call 647-5800 for information.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance
