Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Fire Department (OCFA) approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings (714-573-6108)Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceShow location of Screen wall on the site plan for applicable walls. Provide ventilation justification for open parking structural based on Sections 406.5, 406.5.1 through 406.5.11 of 2013 CBC. The proposed Screen wall is reducing the natural ventilation for existing parking structure with natural ventilation. Drawings to show size and location of openings including calculation for justification are required. Show accessible path of travel (Slope and cross slope) from parking structure to office building, including accessible parking, parking stalls, size, signage and when applicable location of truncated dome. Clarify attachment of each 4’-0”x 11’-6” panel to wall. Please clarify if Details 5, 6. And 7 of Sheet A3.01 are applicable to each panel. Provide Shop drawings on each set of drawings and include the “engineer’s acceptance” statement and signature ofthe engineer in responsible charge of structural calculations. Provide special inspection for screen wall, anchor bolts and welding. The engineer in responsible charge of the structural design work shall include in the construction documents the following:- Structural tests and inspections required by CBC Chapter 17.
