Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714)573-6100) - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039) - County of Orange Health Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings ((714)433-6000) - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance Occupancy calculations should show office hallways and bathrooms with 100sqft /occ Based on dimensions provided and the scale shown on plans, the customer area is larger than the 1131 shown on the plans. Correct occupancy calculations. The accessible bathrooms layouts shown on the details do not match those shown on the floor plan. Please note the accessible bathroom shown with the 48” clearance in front of the toilet does not comply with any of the accessible bathroom dimensions required per chapter 11B. Customer area recalculation, will affect plumbing fixturescalcs. Provide details on plans for the fire protection of the oven hood shaft. Provide dimensions on the wall section shown on detail 2 on A3.1. This project needs to comply with the 2017 California building Code and not the 2013. For interior remodeling, path of travel to the area of remodel and the bathrooms serving the area of remodel need to comply. Please provide details and notes for the path of travel including accessible parking to show compliance.
