If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceProvide a geotechnical report that addresses the soil’s variable that should be used in the design of the caissons.Show locations of all assumed property lines between the buildings. Please note that either property lines need to be assumed or the allowable area for all existing and proposed need to be shown that it is within the allowable area for the buildings based on their mixed use. Provide an allowable area analysis. If there are assumed property lines, please dimensions the distances to the assumed property line and show compliance with the fire separation distance for window openings and fire rated construction of exterior walls. Please show actual and any assumed property lines, on plans.The location of the proposed canopy will have an impact on both adjacent structures, as stated above this must be considered as part of an adjacent structure, if there is no actual property line, or an assumed property line should be proposed. The fire rating of exterior walls and opening protection need to be complied with based on the fire separation distance. See table 602 for fire resistive rating and table 705.8 for protection of openings based on fire separation distance also table 705.2 for projections. Please note these figures apply to both actual and assumed property lines. See also section 705.3 (building on the same lot).All new construction has to comply with the California Green building Code, provide notations to show compliance.( I thought the canopy is new?)
