All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed. If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2 corrected sets of plans.Meetings between the project applicant/designer and the plan reviewer shall be by appointment only. Please call (714) 647-5848 for an appointment.Provide a tabulation on plan showing the depth of all piers.Specify the ICC report number on plans.Per the ICC report, the installer must be a licensed installer, provide evidence that the installer is licensed to install geopiers. Specify on plans, the aggregate size that are to be compacted within the piers.Please clarify how these Geopierscorrelate to and support the applies load specified in the structural design. Provide a tabulation of the design loads as per the structural calcs, in addition , calculate the capacity of each footing section supported by the geopiers.After the installation of the Geopiers, what is the anticipated deferential settlement? Please make sure it is within the structural engineering design for the building.Would the bottom of the Geopier rest on bedrock?Please clarify how the Geopier will function under a liquefiable potential.
