- Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceProvide a clear floor plan and show all the required exit doors and location of proposed racks. The proposed racks shall not block any of the required exit doors from this building.Please update the note on sheet PWP01125 for opening force require for the interior and exterior doors to be maximum of 5 pounds per 2016 CBC Section 11B-404.2.9.Please update the note on sheet PWP01125 for minimum size of exterior doors to 3’0” X 6’-8”.
