Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039) - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuancePlease refer to attached DAS Policy # 96-01 interpretation of accessibility application for seismic retrofit buildings that compliance is required. (Copy attached) Valuation of proposed project is calculated as $60,000.00. A minimum of 20% of valuation of construction is required to be spent towards providing disabled access in the priority order noted in the immediate previous item as noted in CBC Chapter 11-B, Division 2. Revise the drawings to show compliance. Show both existing elements and how they will be upgraded to current standards.Drawings to show accessibility compliance with Division 2, Chapter 11B of 2016 CBC. Provide specific accessibility details to show compliance with followings: - An accessible entrance - An accessible route to the altered area - Accessible restrooms - Parking, signage and alarms Please refer to attached SB 407 Form and provide completed Forms on the drawings to insure compliance.
