Change B-2 occupancy as shown on Sheet TS to B occupancy in compliance with 2013 CBC.
Complete attached accessibility Form for full compliance and provide a signed copy on the drawings.

Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. Please call (714) 647-5831 for an appointment.Please return marked up set of drawings with corrections.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.- Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance of Worker’s Compensation Insurance.Please specify fire retardant wood for wall and new parapet construction including plywood. Revise parapet details to match and show compliance with existing Type III-B construction. Provide dimensions to match structural calculations for detail # A of Sheet A3. Valuation of proposed project is calculated as $8,500.00. A minimum of 20% of valuation of construction is required to be spent towards providing disabled access in the priority order noted below in plan check comment 10. Drawings to show accessibility compliance with Division 2, Chapter 11B of 2013 CBC. Provide drawings to show how each element listed below will be brought to code compliance: - An accessible entrance
- An accessible route to the altered area
- Accessible restrooms
- Parking, signage and alarms
