All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed. If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit 3corrected sets of plans.Please return marked up set of drawings with corrections.Meetings between the project applicant/designer and the plan reviewer shall be by appointment only. Please call (714) 647-5831 for an appointment.(FYI) The drawings/information submitted for Building Safety Division review is incomplete. The applicant shall, prior to resubmitting, complete all construction documents to show compliance with the 2007 California Building Standards Code with local amendments.Final drawings and supporting documents shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a California licensed architect or registered civil engineer.Please note that permit application is changed to new permit since the new openings were not part of work under building permit # 10190398, issued on 1/11/17. The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings (714-573-6108),When existing Sprinklered system is modified.- Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance.9. The City records indicates that the existing interior wall is a Fire Wall (Area separation wall) and compliance with followingsis required, Sections 706 through 706.11 and Table 706.4 of 2016 CBC. Please note that Table 716.5, protection of openings is required. Revise drawings and provide detail/s to insure compliance with each Code Sections.
