Clarify the scope of work, are the dimensions of the room changed to accommodate a longer shear wall?
If the floor plan has changed, a new floor plan needs to be provided.
Make sure that the bedroom has an emergency escape opening/window.
Engineer stamp must be legible; it should show the license number and the name of the engineer.
Provide a copy of the previously permitted set.
