- Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceProvide structural calculations and drawings, stamped and signed by a California licensed architect or registered civil engineer for:
- New equipment on roof (note on Roof Framing Plan weight of each existing and new piece of equipment on the roof)
- There are two new equipment proposed under this building permit to be placed on the existing roof system, Details 2/A5 and 5/A5. Provide structural calculation and construction details to justify vertical and lateral loads resisting system for this equipment.
