All drawings and supporting documents shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a California licensed architect or registered professional engineer. All persons preparing plans for others shall sign those plans. Business and Professions Code Chapter 3, Division 3, Section 5536.1 (a).Proposed porch doesn’t comply with patio cover roof loading, provide complete engineering calculation to justify all the tile roofs and live load (20 lb/sf), and calculate all the members accordingly.Show how new porch attached and tied to existing residence.
Delete notes and details that do not apply to this project. Specify ICC approval number and weight per square foot for tile and special roof coverings. (CRC R905.3.4 and R905.3.5)
