The applicant shall, prior to resubmitting, complete all construction documents to show compliance with the 2016 California Building Standards Code with local amendments and to clearly indicate the scope of work under this building permit application. There may be additional requirements when complete construction drawings and supporting data is submitted for Building Safety Division review.This revision plan is so different from the approved plans that needs to be submitted as a new plan check For the following reasons:The revised floor plan shown on sheet A-1 does not match the approved floor plan on the same sheet and the changes are not clouded.The revised demo plan shown on sheet A-2 does not match the approved demo plan on the same sheet and the changes are not clouded.The revised elevations shown on sheet A-3 do not match the approved elevations on the same sheet and the changes are not clouded.The Cal Green notes from the sheet A-4 has been deleted and are not been placed somewhere else on the revised drawings.The structural sheets have been replaced and the revised structural sheets do not have an engineer stamped on them.
All drawings and supporting documents shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a California licensed architect or registered engineer. All persons preparing plans for others shall sign those plans. Business and Professions Code Chapter 3, Division 3, Section 5536.1 (a).Include address and telephone number of the responsible designer and date of signing of drawings.
This review does not include mechanical, plumbing or electrical work. Separate plans, applications, fees, plan checks, and permits are required for mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work. Call 647-5800 for information.]
The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039).
-Proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance.
The plan check is stopped due to the above items. The applicant shall decide if he wants to follow up with this revision or will continue with the approved plans.
