Call 647-5800 for information.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance: - Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)\ Add a note that a complete plan of fire sprinkler will be submitted to OC fire prior for approval. Show a floor plan of the tenant corridor shown between the tenants. Show size of all new windows, please note the o be done by landlord should either be shown on the plans of what will be done or identified as work to be done under a separate permit. This includes the new wall at the front and the new windows. Provide a fully dimensioned site plan that shows location of all accessible parking. Dimension the clear space in front of the toilets. Number of fixtures to comply with the mechanical code. Provide a door schedule identifying al new and existing doors. Show the clearances required in front of an accessible toilet per section 11B-604.3.1. Provide the furniture in the breakroom so that a clear landing of 36 X60 is in front of the door. Provide an accessible counter height in beak room. Recheck could be done by making an appointment. It is not clear how the accessible parking is arranged and where the truncated domes are located. Please note parking spaces must be located on areas where persons on wheel chairs are not compelled to wheel behind parked vehicles.
