Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039) - School District Compliance Certificate; a copy of the building permit application and approved drawings is required for School District review.- Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance 6. Clarify discrepancy of setback dimensions on the site plan. Exterior walls located less than 5’-0” from property line is required to be 1 hour fire rated per Table R302.1 (1) of 2016 CRC. Revise drawings to show compliance andreference fire resistive of wall assembly t to Table 7 of CBC and item number. Provide fire rated description of wall on the drawings. In lieu of soils investigation report per Sections 1803.6 of the 2016 California Building Code and City of Santa Ana internal policy , revise structural calculations for minimum foundation/footing design requirements as follow: - Allowable foundation pressure not to exceed 1000 PSF. - Footing to have minimum reinforcement of: 2 #4 at top and 2 #4 at bottom. - The minimum depth of footings below undisturbed ground surface to be 12 inches. Revise architectural and structural drawings to show new roof rafter size of 2x10 to accommodate the R-30 roof insulation per T-24 energy calculations. Revise architectural drawings to specify Radiant Barrier for new roof. Show compliance with SB 407. Please refer o attached handout.
