The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.
There seems to be issues on drawings with elevations of the conservatory room. Please see the red marks on sheet A.5.3.
Details 10 and 12 on sheet S2.4 shall call out 8” clearance of wood from finish grade per requirements of CRC section R317.
Provide a note on the plans for glazing within the doors and adjacent to doors to comply with requirements of CRC section R308.
