Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714)573-6100)( check with Rubin prior to submittal to fire) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039) - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceSpecify the type of construction and occupancy group of the building on the plans; indicate if the building if sprinklered or not.North bath, provide a 5’ landing in front of the accessible stall.( both sides)Provide spec for the stall door handle. Please note a handle is needed on both sidesDimension strike edge clearance next to the entrance door to the bathroom.Provide a dimension that shows a 48” min. clear in front of the toilet.Dimension the distance from the wall to the stall door hinge to be a maximum of 4”.Provide a min. 5 ft. landing in front of the entry doors to the bathrooms.( Dimension)This is a 1-hour rated building, any penetrations in a rated wall has to comply with the penetration provisiond of the CBC for rated construction. Identify all penetration and the size and type of pipe.
