Call 647-5800 for information.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance: - Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.The original plan was approved by fire due to its deviation from the code requirements for clearances. The revised plan has to be reviewed and approved by fire.Identify on the plans what the changes are. As it stands, I am not sure what the changes are. You can use a delta or bubble and include a copy of the permitted set for reference.One of the plans with the review plan stamp by fire shows a 4’ clearance. The building plan show a 3-10” clearance.
