The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance: -Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. -Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840). -Public Works Agency approval (647-5039). -Proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance. Provide a detail of the wall separating the garage from the residence, please make sure a ½ min. type x drywall is provided on the garage side. Provide energy calcs to show compliance with title 24. The floor plan shown on the submitted set and identified as plans on record, differ from those on the proposed plans. Please note that the bathrooms seems to be added without a permit. Either remove from plans or show as new work. Provide the same legend used for all walls to be removed.
