Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714) 573-6100). - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840). - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039). - County of Orange Health Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings ((714) 433-6000). - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance.Provide a statement on the plans indicating when these units were built. Our records indicate that it was built prior to 1979.Provide a statement on the plans to clarify if the pool is a common use or public use. Common use is intended for use by the unit renters and their guests.Provide an occupant load calc for the assembly area around the pool, and make sure the exit width provided is adequate.
