All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed. If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2 corrected sets of plans.Meetings between the project applicant/designer and the plan reviewer shall be by appointment only. Separate plans, applications, fees, plan checks, and permits are required for mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler systems, and electrical work. Call 647-5800 for information.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714)573-6100)
- Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840)
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)
- County of Orange Health Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings ((714)433-6000)
- Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance
Provide a 5 foot landing in front of the stalls door.
Provide a 5 ft diameter maneuvering circle within the multiple accommodation toilets.
Provide specs for the hardware, hardware should be placed on both sides of the stall door.
Dimension on plans the 4” max the distance from the wall to the door hinge.
Provide dimensions to show compliance with the travel distance within the tenant space.
Specify the ESR report for the metal studs specified.
It is not clear what the double door arrangement shown on sheet A021( stock room door)
Provide a clear indication may be bubble the areas where new partitions are proposed.
This project need to comply with the California Green building code. Provide notes and details to show compliance.
What does SPP shown on sheet A215 stands for? Are they being used as decorative only or are they being used a whether barrier? Provide any UL listing or ESR listing.
Sheet A331, dimension the common path of travel. Please note that the distance is taken from the most remote point in the space.
Provide and dimension an accessible fitting room, (provide dimensions on sheet A341).
