Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714)573-6100) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039) - County of Orange Health Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings ((714)433-6000) . - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceThe Occupant load is calculated based on the gross area of the open seating area including all access isles and areas in front of the counters. The occupant load factor is 15 square feet per occupant.Please clarify the mercantile use and what is being displayed on the shelves? It seems the use as shown is a restaurant.Revise the occupancy based on the gross seating area. If the occupant load of the seating area is more than 50, the occupancy group will be an A2 otherwise it is a B.If the occupancy group is an A2, Fire department clearance would be required and separate toilet facilities will be required.
