Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuancePlease note that any construction modification work that is built without permit is considered new work and drawings to show all new work. Provide a wall legend to identify existing or new walls on the drawings. Note on the floor plan rooms/areas that are not part of this permit and the use exist and no modification is proposed. Provide site plan to identify location of exiting exterior exit doors for floor plan shown on the drawings.Valuation of proposed project is calculated as $5000.00. A 20% of valuation of construction is required to be spent towards providing disabled access as noted in CBC Chapter 11-B, Division 2. Please refer to attached accessibility form and return completed Form to Building department.Drawings submitted to the Building Division for review shall provide the following information to insure compliance with CBC 11-B, Division 2.
