- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceProvide drawings/detail to show positive attachment to Install (3) (E) 2900 MHz Panel Antennas, (3) (N) 800-1900 MHz Panel Antennas, (3) (N) 800/2500 MHz Panel Antennas and (6) (N) 800 MHz RRH's. Drawings/details to be signed and stamped by responsible architect/engineer preparing those drawings/detailsProvide two sets of legible as built drawings including foundation and attachment details for justification. Minimum size drawing is 18”x24”.
