- Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuancePlease update the code editions on structural drawing, sheet S1.1, from 2013 to 2016 codes.The “Risk Category” under General Requirements summary of work on sheet S1.1 shall be verified by the design engineer. If the risk category IV is selected for this design, then the correct “Importance Factor” shall be used in the calculation package per ASCE7-10. Please verify this and update the sheet S1.1 or the structural calculation.
