This review (10194056-07) does not include mechanical, plumbing or electrical work. Separate plans, applications, fees, plan checks, and permits are required for mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work. Call 647-5800 for information. Please remove electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing drawings.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (714-647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings (714-647-5839 or 714-647-5700)
Proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance.
Please refer to attached Commercial solar correction list and show compliance with items 4 through 14 of list.
Incorporate results of structural calculations for solar (per plan check comment number 4 above) into drawings prior to re-submittal.
Provide roof framing plan including showing location, size and span for all attachment of Solar stand to roof faming members per structural calculations.
Calculations and Drawings to be signed and stamped by California licensed architect or California licensed civil engineer.
