The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
-Public Works Agency approval (647-5039).
Please clarify the type of water heater enclosure shown on the back of the residenece.
Detail 10 on D-1, the ridge beam shown and the new beam do not line up. Please clarify or correct.
This ridge rafter configuration, requires a roof ties system. The proposes beam will interfere with the roof tie ( if the ceiling joists are acting as continuous roof ties. Provide information on plans to show a code complying roof structure. ( Either a ridge beam, or ridge board with rafter ties).
