Call 647-5800 for information.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)
- Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceThe correct type of construction for this building is type “IIIB”, please update the type of construction on the cover sheet to reflect this.The drawing shall call out the max. Height of the proposed kitchen/ break room counters. See note #5 on sheet A2.1.Provide details to show full compliance with chapter 11B for the kitchen sink.The “SPOUT LOCATION” for proposed drinking fountain on sheet A8.2 shall be updated to 2016 CBC. See red mark on this sheet.The recheck of this project could be done over the counter.
