The recheck of your drawings was completed this morning, 04/02/2018; and the drawing was approved for building permit issuance subject to planning approval. The approved plans are placed at the plan check counter for your convenience. Meetings between the project applicant/designer and the plan reviewer shall be by appointment only. Please call (714) 647-5862 for an appointment.
The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance.
Revised details # 3 & 4 on sheet SD4 do not show how lateral loads from the roof diaphragm will be transferred to shear walls below.
For Detail 6/SD1, new anchor bolts to existing CMU wall, please call out the ICC report number for the epoxy and call out its special inspection requirements on the drawings.
