Please call (714) 647-5831 for an appointment, if needed.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (714-647-5804) previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings (714-573-6126)
- Public Works Agency approval (714-647-5039)
- Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceIndicate international Code Council (ICC) approval number and provide a copy of report for deck sealant. Indicate ICC approval number for Life Paint on the drawings.Provide positive attachment detail for connection of guard(top rail) toexisting deck wall and post. Please refer to red marks on detail D, Sheet S-2.Where footing detail with new post is provided, show 1” separation at bottom of post and provide approved connector to maintain the required separation. (Detail # 1, Sheet D-1).
