Call 647-5800 for information.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance: - Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039) Add a note to plans as a deferred submittal indicating that fire sprinkler plans will be submitted to OC fire for approval. Plans must be approved and any installationapproved prior to calling for a final inspection on the building. Please clarify what is on the first floor pf the building and how do the stairs exit to grade. Clarify and justify if the proposed walls around the stairs are rated, if they are stair enclosure or part of a rated corridor. If the walls around the stair are a part of a rated corridor, all doors into them must be rated. Provide a door schedule, show size, type and height. Specify the distance from the top of the proposed partition to the structure above. Dimension the distance around the toilet, from the back and side wall , the space has to be 60 x56 per code section 11B604.3. There should be no pictorial on the sign that is displaced on the door.
