Please provide notes and details to show compliance. In addition please note that the landing in front of the bathroom door should be a minimum of 5 ft long.At least 5% of the seating area should comply with section 11b 902 for accessibility requiremt. Please provide dimension to show compliance. Identify the complying spaces on plans.
