- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714)573-6100)
- County of Orange Health Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings ((714)433-6000)Since the dining area has more than 50 occupants, the occupancy group is an assembly A2 and not a B.The bathrooms serving the area of remodel need to comply with chapter 11B of the building code for accessibility. Please provide notes and details to show compliance. In addition please note that the landing in front of the bathroom door should be a minimum of 5 ft long.At least 5% of the seating area should comply with section 11b 902 for accessibility requiremt. Please provide dimension to show compliance. Identify the complying spaces on plans.
