These are architectural comments for proposed structural concrete shear walls for this building.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.Meetings between the project applicant/designer and the plan reviewer shall be by appointment only. Please call (714) 647-5862 for an appointment.All drawings and supporting documents shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a California licensed architect or registered civil engineer.The architectural part of these drawings is not signed by the architect at this time. This review does not include potential revision to electrical work. Separate plan, application, fee, plan check, and permitis required for any revision to electrical work. Call 647-5800 for information.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceThere is an exit sign in the basement level that is moved from the exit door to the fenced line. Please relocate this exit sign to be placed above the door in the basement. See red marks on sheets: A0.20, A1.00 & A2.00.Due to proposed concrete shear walls, the elevators doors in the basement level are now opening over a landing that is less than 60” wide. See sheet A1.00 and detail 7.04. The landing shall be extended to show compliance with CBC Section 11B-404.2.401.The layout of stair # 1 on sheet A1.02A shall be corrected. Due to proposed concrete shear walls, the electrical roomnear stair #2 are omitted from floors 2 through 5 per sheets A1.02B, A1.03, A1.04, & A1.05 of drawings. Please make sure that the door schedule on sheet A10.03 has omitted the door # 203, 303, 403, & 503 that were doors to these electrical rooms.
