Sheet A0.3, A1.2 and Sheet A2.2 shows a “Mezzanine” floor plan. It appears the intended design on the second floor tenant improvement as a second floor story and not a Mezzanine as defined in the building code and Mezzanine Section 505. Please clarify design intent as either a second floor story or Mezzanine per building code Section 505. Revise title on drawings as necessary.
