Majority of plan review notes and comments have been addressed and incorporated onto the plan. The remaining items are as follow:Provide scope of work on the title sheet:” Legalize 598 square foot accessory dwelling unit attach to the garage”. Specify existing roof and ceiling framing member size and spacing on the plan. Structural members shall be adequately safe for accessory dwelling unit.Provide an interior shear-transfer detail between interior wall and roof sheathing. Conventional framing is acceptable without Engineering calculations provided wall bracing are not longer than 25-foot apart. Provide detail to show structural connection between the roof sheathing to interior wall below the roof.
