Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings (714-573-6126) - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (714-647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (714-647-5039) - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceIndicate existing occupancy of building 1 and 2 on the drawings and indicate distance from patio cover to each building and property line. Reference Sheet LC-3.01, Show accessible wheel chair seating for new patio cover and identify location (30”x48”) on the drawings. Reference Sheet LC-1.01. Note SF-3, Provide detail for new bench in compliance with Section 11B-903 of 2016 CBC.Reference Sheet CS-0.01, Correct Sheet index to reflect sheets numbers applicable to this project.
