Separate plans, applications, fees, plan checks, and permits are required for mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work. Call 647-5800 for information. The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance: -Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. -Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840). -Public Works Agency approval (647-5039). -Proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance. - School District Compliance Certificate; and a copy of the building permit application, signed by the plan check engineer, shall be required by the School District to verify the scope of the work. Provide a 1 hour detail for walls closer than 5 feet to the property line, provide an approval number for the detail.( Cross reference with the plans) Provide a water proofing detail/flashing at the garage above the ledger.(where is it on the plans) Provide a statement as to the scope of work under this permit. The scope specified on the plans does not match with what is proposed. Show clearly at a section the elevation of the proposed patio enclosure. Please make sure all you drawing are legible, I.e. the ink is not faded. Provide a section of the slab, shoe the sand/gravel and the visqueen. On Foundation plan show clearly all new foundation. Specify the size of the footing underneath the garage wall supporting the ledger. Provide a detail to clarify what is existing and what is new. Provide information on plans to show that the existing house rooms adjacent to the proposed addition have adequate light and ventilation. THE TITLE 24- CALCS PROVIDED ARE FOR A DIFFERENT PROJECT, PROVIDE PROPER TITLE-24 CALCS. THE MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT LEDGIBLE.
