Meetings between the project applicant/designer and the plan reviewer shall be by appointment only. Please call (714) 647-5831for an appointment, if needed.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (714-647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (714-647-5840)
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuancePlease remove electrical Sheets; they are not part of review or approval of architectural structural review. This review does not include fire sprinkler system, electrical work. Separate plans, applications, fees, plan checks, and permits are required for fire sprinkler systems, and electrical work. Call 714-647-5800 for information and submittal requirement. Please remove structural Sheets for carport. The carport permit is issued on 6/21/2018 with permit number 10196264.All structural drawings (all Sheets) and supporting documents shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a California licensed architect or registered civil engineer.Submit structural calculation by a licensed architect or Civil engineer for design and justification of replaced solarpanel/moduleincluding attachment of solar panel/module to each existing carport/structure. Incorporate results of structural calculations into drawings prior to re-submittal.Provide scope of work on the drawings and clarify the location and number of solar panels/modules to be replaced or repaired for each Structure (Structural 1, 2, 3, and 4) and structural drawings to match scope of work.
