Please remove electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing drawings.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance: - Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (714-647-5804.) Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings (714-573-6126) - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (714-647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (714-647-5039) - County of Orange Health Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (714- 667- 3600) - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance 6. Reference Sheet S-2, framing plan. provide the followings: a. Fully dimensioned partial mezzanine and roof framing plan. b. Reference key to architectural plan. c. For partial mezzanine framing plan, show correct weight for compressor and show weight of all equipment as shown on architectural drawings. d. Show location of TJI floor joist to be cut on the framing plan, including the span, (See Sheet SD-2, detail 2) and submit calculations for new 1-3/4x14 LVL including spacing and span to be dimensioned on the floor faming plan. 7. Show weather sealant for roof area where penetration is made. Note ICC approval number for Sealant on the drawings. 8. Drawings submitted to the Building Division for review shall provide the following information to insure compliance with CBCChapter 11B, accessibility for existing buildings: - An accessible entrance - An accessible route to the altered area - Accessible restrooms - Accessible telephone (if any) - Accessible drinking fountains, and - Parking, signage and alarmsValuation of proposed project is calculated as $100,000.00. A minimum of 20% of valuation of construction is required to be spent towards providing disabled access compliance. Show both existing elements and how they will be upgraded to current standards when not in compliance. Please complete attached accessibility Form and provide a copy on the drawings.
