All areas are to be considered occupied. Total occupant load should include the kitchen and the bar area. For determining the occupant load of the space, all occupants should be added up.The second exit as shown is going through the kitchen and can not be used as an exit.Please clarify if there is any fencing around the patio area. The second exit going through the patio area should lead to the public way.
